Ok, working on getting back on the SB plan. I went to a dinner party last night and didn't plan well. I was hungry when I got there, and of course we all stood around and chatted while waiting for everyone to get there. Which meant the only items to snack on were chips and carrots.
Still, today I made my yummy veggie omelette, which I find keeps me full a whole lot longer than other breakfasts. Interestingly, I find that on SB I'm not really hungry in the morning. I've always been a big breakfast fan, but now I don't exactly have to force myself to have breakfast, but I'm not hopping to have it either.
I got a few SB books from the library, so I'm going to photocopy some recipes to keep at home. Although I love the veggie omelette, it does get tiring sometimes, so I need to have some new things to eat before I get completely bored of it.
