Foto kiri BB 63kg.. Awal November mulai atur pola makan plus rutin jogging dan home workout. Hasilnya selama 2,5 bulan (foto sebelah kanan, BB tadi pagi masih di angka 57,8 kg).

Kebahagiaan di senin pagi.. timbangan bergeser lagi pdhl hr minggu makan lumayan banyak. HAPPY!!!
