Day 13: These 60 hour work weeks are rough... Eye on the prize, vacay with my family!!
Jumped this morning before work, over 11k steps today. Fasting. Planned to do my weight lifting routine when I got home from work, but I'm too tired and sore. Drank some sleepy time tea and off to bed. Sleep well!!

Day 10: I got a bit confused about what day I was on, but I'm still plugging away. Jumped today and did my weight training routine, plus stretching. Worked on some sewing projects, I'll post pictures at some point. Three more 12 hour shifts before another day off.

Start of the 2nd half of my 14 day challenge. Took today as a relax and recharge day. Last week was successful, but room for improvement! Day 8: practices Irish step dance, jumped, enjoyed family time, and relaxed. Working another 60 hour week, so trying to get ready. Have been stretching after doing weight lifting, so that has been nice.
Suggestions on stretching routines? Videos?

Day 7: survived day at work. It was awful. Lost some decent weight this week, so I'll carry on. Walked outside at lunch for a change of pace. Praying next week is better.
