I still can't believe that 1 roasted peanut with salt is 6 calories 💔...I literally had to count every peanut that went into my mouth today 😂😂😭😭 I'm laughing but crying on the inside.

Hey FS family 🌱
I was actually wondering if someone had a healthy alternative to Nik naks...I find myself wanting to snack on something crunchy and I've never tried an alternative. Would love something just as tasty without the extra calories.

The bottom line is this. I do not want to spend my 20's unsatisfied with myself because of my weight. I've been a slave to "my weight is who I am" for way too long. So that is why I choose to live life today without thinking about my weight everyday. Living my life in a way that teaches me to ask myself "is this a healthy choice?" , over "how many calories are in this, will it make me fat?".
I say yes to my life today. May we all get to a happy and healthy place and more importantly remain there.❤️

Wow..I've had the most tulmutuous last two weeks and it's been a huge blow on both the spiritual, emotional, physical and psychological fronts. My mind wasn't focused on the right things , my fitness journey included but yeah back at it now. First order of the day is to drink plenty of water 🌱Happy Sunday y'all and great week ahead.
