My diet has been a lot of trial and error this week. I was at about 1300 calories per day plus IF before I started my get lean fitness journey.
Currently added about 100 more calorie wiggle room but seemingly I'm clocking around 1500 calories per day ..A lot of protein, complex carbs and good fats as I can get. Will see how this change affects my body at the end of the week.
Any suggestions for someone who used to eat to lose weight and now wants to gain lean muscle...any help would be appreciated.🙏

Post workout and I'm glad I opted for a moderate intensity full body workout instead of a high intensity HIIT session..My body needs to recover a bit from all the strength training I've been inflicting on it 😂

Time to get my HIIT on!...I've missed it...haha and of course this is me before my workout💃.

🤔Mhh I didn't sweat as much today as I did yesterday but on the other hand my fingers are trembling as I type so maybe that balances everything out 😂...Just gonna keep at it and I know my form will improve💪
