Mini victory Alert 💃
It was my youngest brother's birthday yesterday and there was tiramisu cake..I had a slice and then cut it into half...Haha I went back to nibble a bit on the other piece a bit but I stayed strong...so yay 👏 oh yeah also had a bit of Soda, as well as chocolate all within my calories for the day 🙌 That's the biggest thing for me actually.

Oh my goodness, I'm actually seeing these side by side for the first time!!! I am so thankful to God for the strength and discipline he continues to give me. #LoveHandleBusters!!

Oh my goodness the app is bugging out of me today...Hey y'all 🌻, so I've finally gotten to the point where I feel like I've lost enough weight..My love handles aren't completely gone but I'm hoping to lose them as I gain more muscle. Giving myself until December...Excited for the next stage of my journey :Lean muscle here I come😊

Y'all I'm hungry today!😂😂😂Like legitimately so ...So in such cases I listen to my body but in the healthiest way.. for example. I had a fairly filling or what was supposed to be filling breakfast and now I'm fulfilling the munchies with bananas, cravings are real so I'm cutting my chocolate into a half and then a quarter...Haven't even gotten my workout for the day in but I will...and that's the thing I'm most proud about🌻

So basically for me personally there is no motivation for consistency more enticing than seeing these love handles shrink...week after week....Seeing them look a bit bigger on some days and still doing the workout and still eating healthy... A shoutout to all my #LoveHandleBusters...The struggle is real but we are stronger... Apparently the love handle area is one of the last places you lose weight...It only happens when you lose overall body weight... It's a Tuesday and we've got the rest of the week ahead...Let us keep on doing this day by day y'all 👏👏👏
