In a place between " I don't care" and "I'm tired".... Haven't worked out in 2 weeks, just feeling so demotivated..so opted for IF some days and eating only when I'm hungry...The gain is probably a looot of water retention but meh I'll see...Going into the weekend already looking forward to the new week...This has been a hard week🤦

*Deep breathe*
So I'm at that point where I don't know what works for me rn....I incorporated strength training into my workout and this has led to my having pre-workout and post workout snacks as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner in order to get all the calories I need for recovery.
Finding the balance between cardio, strength and nutrition for me is still a challenge...I do too much cardio, I lose fat and muscle..don't do enough...I gain weight..Eat atleast 1200 cals a day and I don't have enough to build muscle...etc... Trying to lose fat and build muscle is one heck of a journey.
So here we go week 1 of my new routine.
calories:1350 max- 1250 Min
workouts: 3 days strength, 2 days cardio, rest day, full body workout ( this is a schedule I had before but fully consisted of cardio and full body workouts)
Keep on eating wholesome foods.
Increase my protein.
Here I go🌱

As I end this week, I've learnt what doesn't work for me especially when strength training is incorporated...so here's to a week of proper cardio to Strength proportion, a balanced diet that can support my muscle growth.. Absolutely saying yes to trial and error in order to find my specific process🌻
