Wow..I've had the most tulmutuous last two weeks and it's been a huge blow on both the spiritual, emotional, physical and psychological fronts. My mind wasn't focused on the right things , my fitness journey included but yeah back at it now. First order of the day is to drink plenty of water 🌱Happy Sunday y'all and great week ahead.
