Hey! I just joined about a week ago I think. I really like this. At first entering the food was a chore, but now I like it. It's a great tool to see how many calories, fat, sugar, etc that I'm eating and find that very helpful. To make a buddy just click on someone's name. It will open their profile. Then click on add as buddy. you can add me if you'd like

Gaining weight
It's not good to weigh yourself every day because your weight will go up and down depending on many factors. Choose a time, once a week, when you will weigh yourself. It's best to weigh yourself when you first wakeup before breakfast or coffee. So maybe every Monday morning, something that you will remember. Just stick with it. It might take awhile to see results
