Haven't been on much lately...I've been using a pedometer the past 2 days. Tuesday I walked 10,082 steps. Yesterday I walked 15,000 steps. Not bad! 15,000 steps is equal to 11.5 km woot woot! I find the pedometer encourages me to keep walking and to go for more walks during my day to try and get past the 10,000 step goal.

made delicious 9 bean soup last night, had it tonight for supper. Let it simmer all night last night and again this afternoon...mmmm mmm SO GOOD and fat free! I added carrots, celery, onions, garlic...very tasty :) Also had a great time at the family picnic today for my hubby's work.
