Today is Monday, April 14th. The first day of our (my mother and I) new meal plan. We went to the store and bought a bunch of healthy food, trying to make a point to eat balanced and clean.
So we set out our first day, and it really hasn't been bad at all. I feel like I have been eating all day long. Which is good and bad. I don't like having a consistent full feeling, but I find I am having to stop and remind myself to eat my snack. I already added my apple and grapes into the log even though I've yet to eat them, and it seems as though I will have almost 800 calories available for consumption for dinner. For starters... that's a lot of calories when you're eating healthy. I just need to make sure that I eat healthy and don't blow the entire day because of one meal.
