I'm not following SB. As matter of fact I had mashed potatoes every day of this week. I'm not in the gym for two months.
I don't feel THAT bad, but I'm not enjoing it eather.

Got myself a new ruler! I did not even realized that while I was bitching that the I diet is not working I actually lost 19lbs in 6 weeks.

Breakfast food ideas?
3 days of eating… I’m glad that I did not gained. I also did not workout yesterday. We were smoking our own Canadian bacon, chicken and turkey breast all SB friendly. No chemicals, no sugars, no colors. It’s actually a breath do make if you have a gas smoker. DH agrees that it’s much easier them BBQ.
I been cheating a bit, with fancy stinky cheeses we ordered from NYC. Thankfully we ate them all, I’m not going to buy more soon. My DH is ‘crying’ from eating eggs each morning, he been stage 1 for 3 weeks now (cheated in middle, so had to restart). Any ideas what to feed him?
Is sprouted wheat ok for SB diet? What about salmon roe and caviar?
