Busy…. with one son, one husband, one dog, one house and three businesses. Try to follow South Beach diet in combination with knowledge from Dr. Price research. This year started a veggie garden. Recently I signed up into gym. My target regiment: is 5 day a week = 30 min strength + 30 min cardio, 30 min in sauna once a week, walk dog for 30+min at least 3 times a week. I hooked my hubby on the diet as well as the gym.

Outside of whole food and health craziness my businesses are my biggest hobby. I’m big fan of good quality time. We try to travel as much as we can. This year we will have to cut on travel as we want to improve our house… new two-cook kitchen where we can cook with my husband.

Curves
No one I asked as well as me seen any results from Curves! It's a great selling idea (like calorie free chocolate would be) - an exercise that is a breeze and only 30 min. Exercise is not pain no gain kind of deal. Curve is more for a chat and 'belong' feeling

Abs
My trainer teaches me that you have to do abs very slowly to get results. Count SLOWLY to 3 on the way down and to 5 on the way up. Also Pilates are great for abs; you can get results in a week!

Is there anything else sweet to eat besides Jello in Phase 1????
Decadent Desert for stage 1:
*FAGE Greek Yoghurt 2% (one cup)
*Sugar free chocolate from Trader’s Joe (2 squares), grated
*Zest from 1/8 to ¼ of orange
*2 drops of organic chocolate or almond extract

Mix all ingredients gently and enjoy, make sure you made enough for other family members. Very satifying, you might devide it into 2 deserts
