Ok people..... Here it is ... I started on Sep. 9 at 252lbs. I was down to 248lbs today. Not bad but mostly water weight. I have been on the Virta plan which includes Dr monitoring to adjust my meds and a Keto diet. Did I mention that I LOVE bread, pretzels, bread, cupcakes, and bread. I also have two kids under 7 and they love potatoes and tater tots. And today was the first Sunday of Football.... so I was grilling. I made Hamburgers and tater tots for everyone else and I had a cheeseburger with riced cauliflower and cheddar cheese. Damn was that good and it helped me hit my macro's too. I know that this is going to be a journey but it will be worth it to get off of my Type 2 Diabetes meds and be healthy for my kids.
