Hello Everyone!
Hello everyone! I'm kinda new to fatsecret. I've been using the calorie counter app for about 2 months on my phone and I managed to lose 16lbs and thought it was time to step it up a bit with some challenges and mayb some motivational support! I'm a fulltime working mother of 3, so I am always last, for everything including health. I wish everyone the best of luck.

best diet for type 2 diabetes
I can't help but notice everyone sounds like a book. My 2 year old daughter has type 1 diabetes and my concern for her goes into her future of controlling her diet. I'm not sure how much I believe in the "diets". Sure they work, but when I think of diet I don't think of long term. Seeing a dietician might get you headed into the right direction. Exercise is a huge part in lowering blood sugars as well. My advice eat a balanced diet, watch your carbs, and try to fit in regular exercise(easier said than done, its easy for 2yr olds lol) Did you know drinking 16oz of water can potentially lower your blood sugar by 100 points?! I try to think of it all as life changes for a healthy future. I feel too restricted with diets. Everything in moderation. Good luck!!
