2 more lbs down. Was shocked when I saw the scale this morning. Didnt believe it at first so made my son then boyfriend to stand on scale to see if it was accurate.
guess I had been carrying more water than I thought.
just finished a 2.5k walk... would have taken my normal route but 1/3 of it is still flooded.

After a weekend of rest - I'm finally feeling a little better. I ended up with a throat infection that wiped me right out.
Did a 2.5 k walk this morning (thank goodness I was feeling antzy) and plan on hitting the gym tonight.
Good news - I finally heard back from doctors and will finally get in for allery testing. I've been waiting a couple months since I started having some scary reactions (e.g. face/legs/hands swelling up out of the blue while going for a walk outside. There was a bit of a panick that I may end up having to go to ER... but got home in time to take a Reactine and swelling went down).
I can finally be tested as well for the possiblity that I may be allergic to my cat or dog - as well as many foods that end up making me very sick.

*sigh* time to go to doctors. I have had this sore throat for a week (been waiting it out hoping it was just a virus) but it's getting much worse now - and not accompanying anything that comes along with cold symptoms. In fact my ears are starting to feel sore and stuffy. I was planning on going to the gym - but not going to happen today.
Although I'm sick - I'm going to take the time to point out the positive... this is the FIRST time I've been sick since I quit smoking 6 months ago. Before I quit - I was sick at LEAST once a month :)
