I will be forty this year in October and my birthday present to me is to be at the weight I was when I graduated from high school (150).

I want to be able to do fun things again.

So far I have been watching what I put in my mouth and have cut out all of the candies and crap I used to snack on. My husband and I are exercising every day. Yesterday I did nearly an hour on the elliptical machine and burned more than 600 calories. As of today I have lost 9 pounds... only 117 more to go!
