Yesterday was a difficult day for me. A friend invited me over for dinner and she'd made chicken, fries & coleslaw! I thought I'd die but I managed to stick to my plan. All I had was a chicken quarter, half a cup if rice & a bit of minced beef. I didn't want ruin my progress by sliding back! I'm so proud of myself!!!
Day 5 today and still going!! I won't give up! :)

Day 4 and getting excited. My body doesn't hurt as much from the exercises and I'm really pushing myself. Burned 750 calories in total yesterday so yaaaay. I haven't had any junk food as well but I've been to Nandos. Ordered healthily tho, beans & chicken but I really need to watch my fat intake. Anyhow, it's a brand new day, let's see how it goes :) xx

Day 3 and still going. Doing well at the gym and very proud although I'm trying to burn just the same amount of calories as my RDI. Getting there. Yesterday I burned 705, today I'll try and hit the 800 mark. Skinny bitch, here I come...
