Don't let the title fool you. I meant to type Super Fat Daddy but must have made a booboo, then decided that super fit sounded much more optimistic!
Okay so here it goes... I am a former college football player (100 years ago). I developed some pretty bad eating habits and and have battled the weight since my mid 20's. As I have gotten older it's been hard to "find" time to work out... and a million other excuses. A little over a year ago I found myself in my 40's at 300plus pounds. I started working out May of 2010 with a couple of friends (found time) and have been more consistant than ever before.
Accountability helps! I am down about 60 lbs. and have about 35-40lbs to go. Cut out all alcohol about 10 weeks ago and have really noticed some changes. (I thought rum and diet coke had no calories... duh... did I mention I am a dumb jock at heart?)
