So I've been ignoring the scale, well here. I've been ignoring everything. went up about a pound and a half which I know can be normal but I've been stuck for a while.
Also not recording here which of course matters. I don't know why it's so hard for me to get here and record food. why. why! I need to get back and do this for real. it is the only way I lose.
