still the same, but I have to admit I've been a bit off the wagon.

last night dinner was late and we made zucchini noodles with shrimp and parmesan and stuff but I didn't record. I tried to eat light at lunch and just sort of estimate. my fiance cooks so it's not easy for me to know exactly what he used.

no excuses. need to do better.

moved into phase 2 of 80 Day for the 2nd time. last night was booty. really tough workout. tonight is cardio core. not my favorite but I've improved a lot on cardio slider exercises.
164.4 lb Lost so far: 12.9 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
