I'm really trying to start again. Been too fat. Can't deal.

Worked out 3x this week, Sunday is my 4x... my workout days are Tues/Weds/Friday/Sunday... doing the 6 week Wii program again. Was sore after the first two days, it's all strength for the first 2 weeks.

Hope I can stay on, and track food. trying to PRE-enter stuff like dinner foods, etc, so I don't go and snack or anything and eat over my calories.

Been getting headaches lately. I think it's weather related. Feel like every day I have one so I try to stay off the computer but it doesn't seem to matter.

Also not happy with where my treadmill is in my house right now so I haven't been using it, which is why I wnet back to the Wii. At least now we have two Wii systems so I can keep one in the spare bedroom and workout in there by myself. That's what I need, privacy to workout... so now I have it again and now I'm working out again.

I am fat and need to lose about 18lbs from here to be happy. I hope I can do that in faster than 18 weeks... Haven't weighed in and don't want to because I'm so up. UGH.

I'm terrible. Fell off the running wagon. Won't be back on until Monday... but maybe can get a short hike during the weekend. Have company coming and we don't tend to do much physically, just hang out and chat. Gonna try to change that a bit.

Scared to progress in the workout. Did pretty crappy (in my opinion) at running 7/1x5. I've got to run 7/1x5 on Monday, and try for 8/1x5 Tuesday... if I can't do it Monday, I'm going to keep running 7/1x5 until I feel comfortable.

I already got next weeks workouts, and even more scared now: 9/1x5, 10/1x5 and 11/1x5. Even if I'm not on schedule, at least I have my workouts laid out for me, so I know my goals. I want to feel like I'm progressing, not just slopping through them and dying afterwards.

Hopefully Monday's 7/1x5 will leave me feeling a bit more confident.

I haven't weighed in yet from after the Thanksgiving holiday... I don't know if I did good or bad, but we had to travel on Friday/Saturday to visit my bf's family - and so we were eating fast food on the road, and then they had us eating pizza and chocolate pie and cookies... so those two days were kinda bad, I also didn't get in my steps on those days...

So tonight we ate like crap too, but at least I know I didn't go over my calorie goal yet. Also started back on the wagon of running. This week's training is so intimidating... 7/1x5 7/1x5, 8/1x5 and 45 minutes cross training (so, 4 days of working out, 3 "rest" days)... so I just started the first 7/1x5 tonight, and it was a killer. Hopefully I'll be more prepared for it tomorrow since it's the same workout. I kept having to stop for about 10-20 seconds during the 7 minute run intervals to just take a few deep breaths... my bf started a fire in our fireplace and didn't put any water in the humidifier, so my throat got incredibly dry and I felt like my asthma started to kick up a bit. Striving for a more satisfying run tomorrow.

Might even weigh myself in the a.m... don't know if I'll record it, guess it depends on what the scale says!
