I totally lost it. Me and my best friend went to Sizzlers and pigged out...at the salad bar. I tried to go light on the ranch, and I just added a lot of leafy greens, vegetables with tons of fiber, and just a few sprinkles of bacon bits. I had a small bit of fruit. I turned down the rolls, and gave them to my kids. It feel bad in a good way, I just hope I didn't sabotage myself. Amazingly I went to the grocery store and got the things I needed on the list, and 4 hr's later I'm still satisfied.

Lately this week the food I've been eating is a lot more filling than when I first started the phase 1 of the plan. Sometimes I can't help but wonder if I'm really losing any weight because I'm satisfied. I did break into temptation by taking a small square of dark chocolate. For some reason I've felt the urge to eat something forbidden like a bakery item. Usually I'm not a bakery eating gal. Perhaps it was the aroma coming from the grocery store visit.

Just start Fade Away (phase 2). I'm so proud I resisted the temptations presented to me over the last 4 days. Fast Release was just that a fast, which isn't so bad. It's easier to appreciate what is healthy when the options before then was less. I'm having a lean steak, streamed vegetables, and I could have a small salad, and a choice 4 oz red wine/unsweetened grape juice/spanish peanuts. Any other time this would seem boring, but not today.

All right this is the last day of Fast Release. Tomorrow it's to Fade Away (phase 2-10 days) and then I have 1 Fade Away shake, and 2 regular meals and 1 snack. Today was so hard because I went to the store and I could smell was the wonderful deli aroma, then I made my kids bratwurst. Again the aroma, but I think to myself that I worked this long and I want to do this right.
