Well slight progress, but 1 lb. at a time I guess and I haven't been perfect at it. I did sneak a pork rind here and there and I need more activity. I think I will repeat the fade away for another 10 days before moving on to Finish Strong phase. You still lose weight but begin adding carbs in slow moderate amounts.

Monday is the start of another week. Make every day to be a fresh start. Just one more step, one more breath, a fresh slate. Forget about the weekend of carefree food decisions, getting my helmet on straight. Thank God I didn't lose my junk food mind. lol.

Today is daughters B-day. I thought I would make her some cupcakes with healthier ingredients. She is health conscious so I know she won't mind. I bought some pretty cupcake liners just to make them interesting.
Made 24 white cake mix, with eggs, coconut oil, and 7 minute frosting. I know it is not part of the diet but I tried to keep it straight. I ate 2 1/2. I think that should come out to 1/10 of a whole piece right. lol ;)

This is the 5th day and now moving to the 2nd phase of the Digest Diet called Fade Away. It goes on for 10 days. Instead of two shakes for breakfast and lunch it suppose to be a replacement for only one meal, though I have done both meals and have been fine. There is a lot of soup recipe options for this phase and I like to make a few different ones and portion them out and freeze them. When I need one I just grab it out of the freezer and through it in my lunch box or eat at home. The soups are really good and my kids like to eat them two, bonus points!

I'm yee-haw happy, but now for the slow part the next 10 days. The first 4 days of Fast Release is considered the jump start of this plan, the 2nd Phase is called Fade Away that I'm beginning and it is slow and steady. I'm going to have to resist putting a foot on the scale. Like I said we'll see. Also my daughter B-day is tomorrow. I hope I don't blow it.
