Not so tempted today to have the bad food, I had to take my car into the shop so I was forced to walk around town from 8-1pm which is a good thing since most of the time given the option I would procrastinate. Tommorow is the last day and I'm debating if I should do a weigh in or wait. "Aunt Flow" is in town and think I should wait till she leaves, hmmm! hmmm! lol. I know how she effects my goals, lol!

The best thing about this diet is that if you don't make a shake you can find substitutes in how it is made. Today when I took my car to the shop I walked to the grocery store and even though I didn't have my shake made I found everything I would need nearly to make and I just ate it in a different form. I got the ingredient separately and ate it. I substituted the extra protein I got from dry milk that is called for in my smoothie for non fat greek yogurt, that is nothing more than extra protein that has the whey removed. It also had natural honey so I didn't have to worry about not having that on hand either.

Actually started this diet on the 6/2/14. Have been on this diet before and worked my way down to 128-132 from February to July 2013,under Sunigirl [it's a pain to find the account accesses when you haven't used last login so I started another account] but I have been reckless with my eating habit since the new year and gained 18lbs. I only want to lose down to 134 lbs this time around because I found that with losing to much seems to make me appear really gaunt and to skinny, more like scrawny. Never thought I would seem to settle for more than I had originally set my goal for which was 128lbs. I also want to do toning exercises to look more healthy. This diet really works but does take disciple to follow the first and second phase of the diet because your restricted from eating processed sugars, starches and most foods that are processed or fried. Not a bad place to start when you need to get back into eating healthy. The first phase is Fast Release-4 day fasting period, 2nd is Fade Away 10 day steady lose, 3rd is Finish Strong life long maintenance. The diet claims you can drop 26lbs in 21 days, but I found that I usually lose 11 lbs. I probably would be more if I was more active. Lets see.
Weigh-in: 153.0 lb lost so far: 0 lb still to go: 18.0 lb Diet followed N/A
