Back home this week and the diet has been much easier. The kids have one week left before going back to school, which they are cool about, but I am dreading! Feeling good!

On holiday for a couple of weeks and it's been really tough seeing friends and relatives, and abstaining from alcohol and food. Weight still coming down, have been shooting to break 20 stone, and I finally saw the magic number this morning. I wish that i could celebrate with a stack of popadoms, onion bahgees, chicken time masala and a nan bread, but had to settle for a couple of shakes and a watery vegetable soup. Roll on 6 weeks time, and I reach the end of this plan!

Happy birthday to me! Another 6 pounds off, and now lighter than I've been since 2008! Magic. Will be a test today though. Weird opening presents and none of them being chocolate. Used to be at least 50%!
Also off on holiday to see family over the next couple of weeks. Hope they see the difference.

Great to be back under 300 pounds! Dug out some old clothes that fit again. Even the jeans I was wearing 8 years ago when I got married! Feeling good. Not a huge amount of energy though. Side effect of fewer calories I suppose.
