Frustrating to see the scales going the other way, but have been running or cycling every day for the last few weeks. Up to 7 km with my runs, but appetite has increased too! The gain is partly muscle as my body's adapting to the new exercise regime, but also eating more. Have got to stay in control of these food cravings.

Had a good week. Managed to run for 30 mins without stopping and my first 3 miles! It's becoming more natural and feels great.
Have a big weekend ahead, going home to see family and some friends that I haven't seen for a long time and several stones. Feeling stressed and weird about it.

Maintaining. Increased my calories to 2000 a day, and had a few meals/ nights out. Nice to know that I can indulge occasionally and not pile on the pounds.

Cracked the 15 stone barrier. Great to see 14 on the scales again for the first time since I was 14 years old!
A family member joked that he thinks I might be bulimic. After years of torture for being overweight, they are now concerned that I'm going to lose too much! After everything I've done to shift the weight in a healthy way this year it felt like a real slap in the face. Sadly it made me want to eat. Need to focus on me and why I'm doing this. It's not for them, or because of them. It's for me. It's for my wife. It's for my children. The rest can run and jump.
