I didn't record my food yesterday, but I've started a new meal plan, kind of. I used the p90 recipes to stock my fridge with only healthy ingredients. I haven't taken the plunge to making just exactly what is in the plan, but I've been using these ingredients to make meals, so I'm starting to see some slow weight loss.
I have 1.5 weeks of les mills combat left to finish and then I will actually start the p90 system both workouts and meals. I hope this gets me to my goal.
I recently went to the doctor about weight and she told me that I didn't seem like I needed to lose weight for medical reasons, and that bmi does not take into account muscle vs fat. Combat is very muscle building, but I'd like to at least get inside my 'healthy weight range' which is still around 11lbs from now. if I can hit that goal, then I can move down further towards a further goal.

wow, just wow. I have been doing Les Mills body combat, well truly I've been doing come at 4 like a freaking year on and off, but at least I've been dedicated to the actual schedule for the last 4 weeks, minus Christmas. I noticed that I really wasn't as dedicated and recording my food and I only started doing that on December 15th. but I haven't moved a single ounce on the scale not down anyway if anything up. It's like it doesn't matter what I'm trying anymore I can't seem to lose any weight I can only add weight on. I'm getting so frustrated with myself and my life that I'm about to go to the doctor and ask if there's appetite suppressant medication or weight-loss medication that I can get on to help me with this because I just can't seem to make any forward progress.

now I know I haven't been dedicated enough yet. I dropped my calories down yesterday and I came in under the goal, so that's really just day one I suppose even though I've been trying to do this for a while. I just don't know how to not give up...

Okay I've had a rough week - I was gone for 3 days last week at a conference in the middle of nowhere, where they shoved brownies and cinnamon rolls down our throats every day, and catering-style buffet-lunches and dinners, it was awful. I'm glad to not be eating all of that food again, but it was good.

But, luckily, I got two new dance games for the Wii which have workout programs kinda, and I'm doing that, as well as surpassing 10000 steps each day (one day at the conference I only got like 4000, I'm so ashamed!) so, I'm back on track. I just have to keep recording my food throughout the day, I feel like I snack too much, so, I have to keep tabs on it. Seeing the big bold number at the top will stop me from eating if I see it's too high, and I know I've been bad lately. Ah well, spring is coming and we'll be more active outside.

So much stress with school and our terrible neighbor, that is too long of a story to go into... *sigh*
But on a positive note, we've had 6 baby ducklings hatch since we started incubating - it's awesome!
