CRAP. I fell off the wagon again. I can't let this happen. From before the holidays and through the holidays, I gained 5lbs. I hate this. I'm having the WORST time trying to get back on track - I'm at a stale workout routine that I've done before, that I don't like, and sometimes I feel like I'm not putting my all into it...

But hopefully I'll be getting a treadmill in the next few days! That should help me a lot I think. For Christmas I got an Omron pedometer from my mom, so every day, I've at least been trying to hit 10000 steps a day, usually I can get like 11k, but I want to start running, and we have hardwood floors, I have a mat, but I also have some terrible foot issues with my bones and so, a lot of the time my feet hurt in my workout shoes, so some of the time, it gets hard to run in place, or dance in place for that reason, so I think the cushioning from the treadmill will help with that.

But I've got to get this weight off. I also bought a waist trimmer belt to help me sweat around my waist, but I'm not like nutsy about it, I just wear it when I workout and walk for my steps.

Someone help me get back on track, I don't know what to do. I just have to commit to this site again. ARG HELP MOTIVATION HELP!

Ugh I've said this so many times - that I'm going to get back on track, and use this website again, record journals and exercise and food...

I'm doing bad with food but I'm forcing myself to record everything I've put in my mouth, lol, not skip anything.

I was wearing a pedometer, and because I'm a little stale on the workout routine that I've been doing for a while, I've just started like, fast walking in place/dancing/jogging in place for like an hour or more per night while listening to music. But now, my cheap-ass pedometer died today. At 2pm, I looked at it, it had 30 steps recorded. I can tell you for SURE that I walked more than 30 steps by 2pm! So, I tested it out and it wasn't hardly recording any steps unless I like slammed my feet and body down - so, that's not working. Even if I put it on my sock or shoe, it's still not working "correctly". So, I was trying to get like 10K steps a day but until I can get another pedometer, I guess that idea is out of the window.

So, I'm back to square 1. I need to replace one of my workout games because it's not functioning anymore. So, I guess I'm going to go back to the start and use the original game I started with. It's been a while since I played it, I'm sure once I start I'll remember everything just like it was yesterday, but at least it'll change it out a little bit.

REALLY going to push myself to use this site so much more than I have and lose the few pounds I've gained. And no, I'm not weighing in any time soon until I'm happy with myself.
