I didn't record my food yesterday, but I've started a new meal plan, kind of. I used the p90 recipes to stock my fridge with only healthy ingredients. I haven't taken the plunge to making just exactly what is in the plan, but I've been using these ingredients to make meals, so I'm starting to see some slow weight loss.
I have 1.5 weeks of les mills combat left to finish and then I will actually start the p90 system both workouts and meals. I hope this gets me to my goal.
I recently went to the doctor about weight and she told me that I didn't seem like I needed to lose weight for medical reasons, and that bmi does not take into account muscle vs fat. Combat is very muscle building, but I'd like to at least get inside my 'healthy weight range' which is still around 11lbs from now. if I can hit that goal, then I can move down further towards a further goal.
166.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
