Telling people about myself was always a tough question. Probably because I don't really know myself and am now trying to become more self aware. In that case I can tell you who I don't want to be anymore. I don't want to be lazy, tired, and weak so I've fit some time to workout out during the week. I don't want to be that depressed guy anymore so I've done away with wasting my time at home and focusing my energy elsewhere, usually with exercise. I go out whenever possible and don't stay home where I get exposed to a lot of negativity. I noticed depression usually kills my motivation to get anything done but I don't rely on motivation alone, only consistent habits I worked into my daily life. I don't want to have anything else to do with my bad habits so I'm doing away with them. I'll never have another cigarette again. I'm doing away with feeding my mind with negativity. I don't want to be blind to the world anymore so I'm exploring my spiritual self and energy. I don't want to feel like I'm limited in my choices so I'm working on trying new things. I'm just all about showing the world who I am no longer not concerning myself with people making life difficult for others.

I stopped drinking, now I need to lose weight, please help!
I'd recommend some light daily, in-home workouts. Push ups, chair dips, squats, and reverse crunches are great for gaining strength and some of my favorites.Jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and high knees are good for cardio. Do these 3 to 5 a week and I guarantee you will shed pounds faster than you can count them. Maybe not that fast, but there will definitely be significant weight loss over time. Congrats on your quitting success!
