IBS ... do you have it?
I have Crohns disease. Was diagnosed 2 years ago. Before my trigger foods were lettuce, tomatoes, and Milk.
I am now on Remicade and the only thing that really triggers me is really spicy foods. But otherwise I feel amazing, it really has changed my life.

Motivation buddy?
Hey All! Im 25/F and look'en to loose about 20 pounds. Im not a big dieter, I just want to do it right by changing my eating habits and exercising. If only it was as easy as that hey?! I do love the feeling after a workout, but sometimes it takes me all I have to actually get to the gym to do it. I'm kinda just trying to find some people on here who are trying to do the same thing, who I can share frustration stories (when nothing seems like its worth it and a pop and bag of chips seems like a good idea) when you need the bit of support. And to cheer eachother on when we both go to the gym and have a great day. Just to make some friends going through the same thing who can relate to it all =) And actually keep eachother motivated!!
All the best to everyone on accomplishing what your out to do!Very Happy

Knee replacement
I have never had a knee replacement but I did have reconstructive knee surgery, and now I cant run (just to much impact on my knee) but I can do aerobibc, biking defiantely(6 weeks after surgery before I could even walk yet I was on a bike), and walking (I power walk instead of running) all just fine.

Newbie Here
Hey Everyone,
Im 25 and have been batteling my weight alot in the past year due to health issues (Crohns disease and a two knee injuries). Im basically just trying to get myself in a healthy lifestyle and get fit. My actual weight # is not my biggest concern, I would just like to be happy with myself and stay healthy!
My biggest hurdle: Im a coke addict (haha!) Seriously though soda is my weakness, and the habit I know I need to break. The other is getting my but motivated to actually workout.
I'm taking the first step on here to introduce myself and try to find some buddies for motivation and positive encouragement!

Very Happy
