HELLO!!!! I am 33yrs old. I live in Illinois, have been married for over 10 years to a wonderful man and have 3 wonderful boys (9yrs, 4yrs, & a 2yr old)!!! And 1 furry daughter (our Shi-tzu - Sophie) !! I have a great life... wonderful husband, children, a beautiful home, great neighborhood, great friends & neighbors !!!! So, losing weight and feeling better would just fit in wonderfully!! I was chubby as a child and pre-teen.. however when I hit high school I thinned out dramatically !! But, being a stupid teen I did it the WRONG way !! Now, I am older and wiser !!(I would hope). So, I really need to do this!! For real this time !! I have 3 very energetic boys !! Who are in all kinds of activities. I just feel myself wearing out way too early - I seem to be tired all the time !! I just want to be healthy and fit.. This time I have to do it for me & of course my family. I want to be around to see my boys grow up and of course be there for my husband as well.... I want to run around and be able to play without getting winded and ache !!! I just want to be a good mom & wife. Wish me luck..... :)

Exersize for Sunday & Monday: total of 4 hrs cleaning and drying out camping supplies !!! as well as cleaning out a very muddy car !! Needless to say camping did not go very well!!

What is the one thing (bad habit or piece of baggage) you want to put in that air lock, push the button and watch disappear into the black hole forever?

Arrow Well, there are several things that I wish I could send away !! But, the one that comes to mind is when I mess up with my points. If I have a high point meal and go a little over, instead of just calling it quits for the day - I figure, what the heck I messed up so, I might as well eat what I want the rest of the day. So, therefore I would like to put that way of thinking in the air lock and send it far far into space !!!

50 LB WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - WELCOME

Challenge: I am usually pretty good with getting water in during the week. However, I usually don't get any on the weekend!! I am in such a routine during the week it has become habit - On the weekend (when hubby is home) their is absolutely NO routine !! So, my goal is to get my water intake on the weekends!!

Diet Pills: The only diet pill I have ever tried was metabolife. It works but, it worked so well that I would forget to eat or just didn't feel like it. I started becoming tired ALL the time !! I would get the caffeine "high" from the diet pill then crash, bad !! So, I vowed NEVER to use them again !! I also have had friends use Dexatrim and had similar effects. Sure, it works for a bit.... but, is your health really worth it??? I think NOT !!! So, no more for me !!

Exersize for Sunday: Bike riding (with 2 kids in travel trailer!!) 30 minutes

Exersize for Monday: Bike riding (only 1 kid today !)
30 min - so far !!!Embarassed

My 3 mission statements for the mini challenge:

Arrow To just WALK AWAY!!! from temptation !!
Arrow Exersize is good - not only for the body but also for the mind!!
Arrow To stay within my points EVERYDAY!!! No more cheatin !!!
