After doing Weight Watchers on and off for a number of years, I started on the three week diet and lost 9 pounds. Losing weight is something i never thought I would have to do. But slowing metabolism comes with age! Learning to eat better and exercise more.

I work in the judicial system as a deputy clerk and live in Central Missouri.

What's wrong with potato chips?
Moderation, with anything, is the key. I don't deprive myself of chips, I just only eat them once a week or once every two weeks and only eat the portion size listed on the bag. I count out the number per serving and put them in a cup or bowl and put the bag away. I know myself well enough that if I did not do that, I'd eat the whole stinking bag!
