Ok if there is anyone out there who is willing to listen and give some advice because I need it BADLYYYYYY!
This makes day 10 for me in my life journey and I said that I was only going to weigh myself ONCE a month. I WANT TO WAY MYSELF!!!! but I don't want to be disappointed if I see the same 3 BIG red numbers.......Also I am hungry all the time and want to know what can I do about cravings. Before I started this life change I was eating fast food everyday. I mean EVERYDAY....breakfast,,,,lunch,,,,,and dinner,,,,probably even snacks in there,,,but anyway now I am trying to cut out fast food because because I know it is dangerous for me but it is so hard. Like today,,,,I wanted something greasy,,,,like a juicy burger but instead,,,at Arby's I got a Roasted Turkey Bacon Ranch,,,,,but that's not all....I got Curly Fries tooo
Right now I am craving chocolate,,,,someone please help and tell me how I can fight the BFD? (Bad Food Demons
