Weight Watcher Points and Calories
Hello! I have a question regarding points and calories with Weight Watchers. It seems I can be under in my recommended calories and over in points. Has anyone had time to decide how or why this happens? What is more helpful to losing the weight - points or calories? Thanks! Smile
