Sigh...I need the WW points here. I could try to go ny straight calories I guess. Not sure of the implications for that. I just don't have time to try and track down all the points on my owm. I hate to pay WW to join. So upset.

SO totally fell off the diet wagon last night, had a beer, snickerdoodles, fritos, but I just couldn't do it last night. So I am making a new start this morning. I have weeks until the wedding I want to wear "the dress" to, so I am shooting for ten pounds, which should let that dress zip nicely! My goal is to walk on the treadmill and start my walk away the pounds tape (I still have VCR tapes!), along with watching my carbs a bit more and trying to eat some more lean protein. Good plan, now if I can just do it!

I really love my Weight Watchers diet, but I am finding it is letting me eat carbs I don't need. It's not the diets fault, its mine. Weight watchers doesn't say eat a low fat diet crunch bar at 1 A.M. Most of this over-eating (even if it is in the allowed points) is taking place late at night, which has to stop. Maybe I need to eat more points at meals so I don't have five points left at night to munch. It's funny, when I started this, it seemed the points were so low; now, sometimes, I don't even eat all of them. I have to quit eating after 8. Its so hard though!
