woah STAIRMASTER!!!!
if you ever want to drip sweat down every part of your body, i have found the machine for you. uuggghhh it was gross!!! :) but a good workout, i do have to say.
anyway, sitting here getting ready to clean up a 10 month old whom i (unwisely) fed spaghetti for lunch. it seems my day is destined to be full of yuk-o things. ;)
diet is going fairly well, however, i seem to be completely stuck at exactly 170 no matter what i do. if anyone has tips for busting through a plateau, i'm all ears. i got some new ($$$$!) running shoes over the weekend. i'm really excited for the race in Sept. (half-marathon) and i hope to be down to goal weight by then. with the way it's been slowing down lately, i'm a little nervous.
at any rate, i'm just babbling.
i hope to get a few minutes to catch up on everyone else's journal after crazy spaghetti girl goes down for a nap. (oh yeah, and while we're talking about tips, how about any for a two-year old boy who thinks he's done with naps??!!!)
hugs to everyone. hope your week is ROCKIN!!

well i had to wait to weigh-in until i got back home from my parents (i was there with the kids all week) because their scale is wack. never accurate....
at any rate, i will be weighing in again on tuesday (which is my normal day) but i thought i would give a little mid-week progress check on myself since everytime i log in the WEIGH IN NOW in red is screaming at me... HAHA
it's to be expected.. not much loss the last ten days, but still trending downwards. i can't complain, especially since i ate so much cheese in amish country. :)
LOVE TO ALL!

I will not be recording my points for the last two days because NO ONE (including me)
wants to know.
Hubbs took me on a trip to Amish country for our five year anniversary. It was a BLAST. :) We haven't been away without the kids in over a year, and it was an amazing time rediscovering our love and friendship.
Kind of a reminder of why we're together in the first place. :) He asked me (very nicely) if I would mind going off diet for friday and saturday so I did.
I checked on the scale this morning and I have definitely gained. It's a little disappointing but, overall, I wouldn't have traded our time together for anything. This week (starting today) is back on target. I hope the gain won't be too severe by my weigh-in on Tuesday. Okay, one more day without the kids.... so I'm going to stop messing around on FS.
Love you guys! :)

Things are not going too great over here. My son was very sick for most of this week. (He's doing much better now! thank goodness) as a result I haven't gotten a workout in in almost 3 days. Combine that with a very difficult period (TONS of cramping/bloating), my pending 5-year anniversary trip tomorrow, and being extremely exhausted from staying up all night with the sickie, it all equals me feeling huge and making bad eating choices!! I have been craving chocolate like crazy and I ate potato chips today for the first time since I've been dieting!!! AAAAAHHHHH! Now I'll probably gain weight this week and that will be super depressing. I can feel a fatalistic attitude starting to kick in, and I don't want all of my hard work so far to be for nothing. :(
I could definitely use some encouragement if anyone has any to give. I want to get to my goal weight so bad, but right now I'm feeling totally icky and de-motivated.
BOOOOOOO!!
