Good Morning!!! Didn't sleep well last night but still feel good this morning. Sometimes I can't turn my mind off and then I think about crap that won't let me sleep. The Dr. says that it's most likely pre-menopausal symptoms and we'll watch it to see if it worsens or what. Great - Menopause. One more thing to make getting these unwanted pounds off a little harder. Oh well, that's life. :) My appointment with the trainer to go over my routine went well. He asked me if I wanted to work on the main floor or in the Women's only area. I told him that I was fat in public all the time so I didn't care. There were 4 or 5 men working out nearby on the main floor and they all started laughing and nodding their heads. My trainer even laughed. They were good laughs because they understood what I meant. When I was in the ladies section only the day before using the excersize bike, NONE of them would talk to me, even though I tried talking to them. They just went about their business with these judging looks on their faces. Upstairs working on the main level was very refreshing. Those men were nice to me!!! Two of the weight machines have sticky seat adjusters and are hard for me to adjust by myself and whenever I went over to them, the nearest of these men would come and help me. I'm telling you, I felt better about the main floor than I did the day before in the women's only are. JEESH WHATEVER :)
