Well, first day at the GYM went pretty well. I had my first consult with the trainer and he took some measurements and some exursion tests. He said I did pretty good "considering". Nice kid. Talked to me about my nutrition plans. I told him I plan on living for the moment and that was it - to make healthier choices as I go and to not fret about it. He said that was a great plan and he wished more people started out like that. Too many of us jump off the deep end and can't tread water - then they fail. I am not going to fail. I am not worried about the numbers of my weight. I will feel better about myself and I will enjoy life more as a result of this journey. :)
