AAAHHHH Wednesday, my second to last 3 day week of the summer then back to my 4 day weeks at work. I love working at a school. Weekends, and Holidays off. Plus they are very flexible here for me to take extra time off when ever I want too.. It rocks. Leaving for our last camping trip of the summer tomorrow. Don't know if I'll be checking in here on FB until Monday or not. I'll try and keep tabs on what I'm doing so I can back log it later - we'll see about that, right?
Our annual bulk supplies order just arrived this morning and I've been getting quite a work out checking in and putting away. So a double work out day it will be because Wednesdays are gym days. So far I'm averaging 3 1/2 days a week at the gym. Going to up it to 4 when school starts. If I work I go to the gym. That is my rule for now. Later I will be a Mon - Fri gym-ster.
Didn't eat so well last night. I was very very tired cause my sleep sucked the night before. Our little Daphne dog would not settle down and her tippy tippy toes on the hardwoods kept me from getting to sleep. Normally she sleeps like a rock so I have no idea what her problem was. She did great last night so I'm not tired today. Going to have a super busy evening getting ready to leave in the morning. I'm excited to go - can you tell?
Even though all this good is going on - in the back of my mind or whatever I still feel despair most of the time. I'll be having my happy times and WHAMMO I get a feeling of extreme sadness - WTF!!! I'm really really hoping it stays away this weekend - I usually just go into the toy hauler and hang out in there for a while before I rejoin the group. No one really notices my absence or they just assume I'm in there making food or whatever. WHATEVER.
Anyhoo - gatta go before I bring myself down.
Hope everyone has a fantastic fun-filled weekend. :) :)

Talked to the trainer at the gym about my concerns of not seeing any results yet. He said that it is very typical to go several months w/o seeing any reduction in weight as people gain muscle first. Muscle weighs more than fat but takes up less volume on your body. We discussed my food, my old ways vs. my new.... and he agrees that I am making strides in the right direction. Of course there is plenty of room for improvement, but I MUST do this in steps. If I bail off the deep end it will be a sink or swim situation - that I would not succeed at. So's I've handled my own worries for now. I've successfully gone from about a 3000 cal a day habit to around a 1900 - 2200 cal a day habit. I'll go another month at this pace I think and then I'll kick it up a notch on the diet AND excersize and we'll see what happens then. The trainer and I both agree'd on the plan. :)
