I AM SO EXCITED!! I FINALLY GOT PAST 160!!! I AM NOW AT 159 LBS!! IVE NOTICED THAT WHEN I EAT 3 SMALL MEALS AND EXERCISE THAT I LOSE WEIGHT FAST. I USE TO SKIP MEALS AND PUT ON WEIGHT??? WIERD HUH!! IM STILL PRETTY MUCH DOING MY OWN THING, JUST EATING SMALL PORTIONS AND EXERCISING...

IM STILL NOT REALLY FOLLOWING THE FAT SMASH DIET, IM JUST EATING SMALLER PORTIONS AND EXERCISING AND ITS WORKING. I THINK I FINALLY BROKE THROUGH MY PLATAUE

well i havent really been following the fat smash diet for a while. i pretty much eat what i want, no fastfood or sweets, and exercise and i have been losing weight and inches off my waist. i just eat smaller portions and i make sure to eat at least 3 times a day. i was staying at 165 for a while and couldnt break through, but now i have and im so excited. 8 more lbs. to lose and ill be happy!!

ive been doing much better... keeping up with the exercise and eating smaller portions. i havent lost any weight since last weigh in but i have lost inches.

im doing much better on my diet. i am also back to exercising 5 days a week. i eat alot more veggies and fruits and once in a while ill eat meat. im feeling much better now that im back on track.
