i feel great!! im in a size 4 now and im at the weight that i feel comfortable with. i still exercise 4-5 times a week and i eat pretty good. i try not to eat sweets or fast food.

well, i feel great!! i lost another 6 lbs. i am on the last phase of the diet. i owe all my weight loss to this diet and exercise. i learned how to eat sensible and not stuff my face. yesterday i watched the spurs game and had 2 beers... i felt bad, but i know its ok to do that sometimes. so i let it go :) i love this diet!! i recommeded it to my friend and she has lost 9 lbs already!! the only hard part is toning up the tummy!! any suggestions??

well i did gain weight, but i dont think its fat!! i think i gained muscle. i have been weight lifting to tone up my arms. plus i can see some abs forming!! i feel great and now size 9 is starting to get loose!!

well being on phase 1 again is hard. i have no energy at all, but i remember it was like this last time for like 2-3 days. so im going to keep it up!
i am past my goal now!! i havent weighed 148 since high school!!
