i'm nearing my mid-40s, and finding that i'm having such a hard time losing weight! at the same time, GAINING weight is oh-so-eeeeasy :( it doesn't help that i am mostly at home.
i'm starting to get back on track by eating healthy again, as well as getting active again.
but the more i am made aware of what i eat, the more i have difficulty resisting the urge to snack...
i have a goal of 10-15 pounds in 2 1/2 months.
