apparently the 20 points a day thing was waaaay wrong, decided to do a more thorough search for the weight watcher guidelines and found some more interesting information...I think I get:

2 points (because I'm female)
4 points (because I'm 25)
19 points (for my weight...enough said)
1 point (for my height)
0 points (for my lame job)

maybe if someone reads this you can comment and tell me if I'm right or wrong about this...that would leave me at 26 points, much easier for me to manage...

I ran another 3 miles, the daily goal is to get 3 miles in about 30 minutes, I am not to the point where I can jog the whole thing yet so I have been trying to run quicker when I do run to make up for the walking...I joined a challenge today that has me working out 2x a day...I'm going to try really hard to do that but don't know if it's going to be possible. I know I do it on my days off, so at least 3 times a week but may have to only do one for those other days. We'll see how it goes!!!!!!!!
