Yippee!!! I ran the furthest and the fastest all in one day!!! I ran 6.85 miles today! And, until today my fastest mile was 10:50, today it was 8:34!!!! Love it, love how quickly the body adapts, love it all!!! One problem, I've been eating like crazy today, but my stomach was growling every time I ate, so I know I was hungry and I'm not going to let myself worry too much about it! Another plus...i'm headed to bed soon, BEFORE MIDNIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HOLY MOLY...free trip to Vegas in 3 weeks or less! And I KNOW I won't reach my goal by then but I do need to make some serious progress...So...doing ok...not great, but OK...I need to be doing great, so we, and by we I mean ME are buckling down and gettin' busy...pulling an all nighter for school...plan on getting my circuit in somewhere in the middle of this all, it will help me stay awake, along with the 10 gallons of water and iced tea I plan on drinking lol...HERE WE GO!!!!

Slept in til 730!!! folding laundry, cleaning kitchen, running with my mom's dog, shower, work, pick up kaiden, sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep :)

My house is messy and I don't care because gettin' this run in and my homework done is MORE important!!! (I have this message on repeat in my head because if I don't repeat it I will STRESS out when I look at the laundry that needs to be folded and the floors that need to be vacuumed...will try and get to it tonight but won't let myself let it surpass my other priorities!!!

Last week was HORRIBLE...i didn't have any meals planned, I had to pull 2 all-nighters and had 2 nights with less than 3 hours of sleep just because of homework and life demands...I am glad I didn't gain any weight...back on the grind today, wishing it was warmer for my run but at least it's not raining or snowing...
