Dear Dr. Pepper---I miss you :(
Haha, seriously, if only i could have one...but I'm on a cruise to get to where I wanna me...I hit up table rock this morning and ran 3 miles *usually it's 5 but we avoided the mud with the jogger today*...thinking about getting in another insanity workout before work but I need to clean up around the house since Dad will be in town this afternoon....better get workin!!!!

Back again, wow, 3+ times today!!! I am just getting home from work and STARVING, which means I'm going to bed because that is the best way for me to guarantee I won't eat anything else today!!! Waking up and taking Kaiden on a run up Table Rock (5 miles) tomorrow morning around 630 before I take him to school!!! Should be fun and freezing (aka NOT FUN)!!!

Change of plans, yes I'm sick so I'm not going to run up a mountain in the rain, but I'm determined to continue my workout program, so I did my Insanity workout at home today...granted, I was only able to complete about 70% of the workout (the whole thing but I had a few coughing fits during the workout) but I got SOMETHING in, and I'm now exhausted!!!!!!! Shower time, then off to work :(

Getting on the food aspect today...saving exercise for tomorrow because I can still barely breathe but the antibiotics should kick in by tomorrow so hopefully I will be good enough for a run up table rock with my sister...and when i say run, i mean walk up, run down, lol...the goal is to do it faster every time until we can run the whole thing!!!
