I had an amazing dinner last night - bone marrow with spicy anchovy butter and toast then octopus in bacon vinaigrette. The best part was that my weight was this morning was the lowest it's been all week. I wish I could weigh in now, but the real challenge is kicking in - maintenance.

I did really well yesterday! The main things I avoided was snacking when I got home after work and turning down Thai food for dinner. I love phad thai and all the curries, but they are too high in calories. I also didn't have dessert. I was just too busy to think about sweets.

Hmmmm...6 pounds to go. 3 weeks to go. I can do this. My fiance has a candy cabinet for me. He's constantly restocking with my favoriet candies and chocolates. He eats some it too. We need to stop this habit...today.

My "diet" was off the charts yesterday. The mini baguette and butter in addition to my dinner was really not worth the extra calories. Well, at the time I was eating it, it was! I went for a run after work and needed to stop by the grocery store afterward. Always a bad idea to go to the grocery store hungry. Oh well. I did turn down 2 raspberry scones later though :-)
