My coworkers surprised me with a wedding shower yesterday. It was so sweet! I broke my diet and had a cupcake and pasta which seemed to snowball into Laffy Taffy later. Sugar is so addictive. I'm seriously cutting back today. Wins yesterday included going on a 3 mile run after work and only having a salad for dinner. I weighed in at 133 today :-)

I'm stuck at 133 lbs. It's good and bad (more good). I guess I've plateaued. I have just 3 more pounds to go. I don't want to cut out much more food because I've cut out enough. I need the energy for exercise and the stress I'm going through. However, if I want to get down to 130 I will need to cut more. Carbs are always the easiest to pick on.

I still weighed 130 this morning! Yay! I also woke up at 3am this morning hungry. Yay! I'm sticking to my diet and may be actually eating less because of the stress in my life right now. The weekend is almost here and that tends to be my biggest challenge. I got this.

I haven't weighed this in years. I really didn't do much different in terms of diet and exercise. Not complaining though! Maybe it was the turkey and kale soup I made for dinner last night. Maybe its the stress. Maybe it's both. Yay for my lowest weight in a long time :-)

Two week countdown! I'm going take 21 day challenge (now 14 day challenge) a lot more serious. Also thinking of doing 3 day military diet towards the end. Hopefully I won't have to. Game time!
