I've got a pretty big dinner planned tonight. I didn't realize 1.5 cups of ground turkey is nearly 500 calories. I don't want to cut that out though. Today is my double exercise day. 3 mile run at lunch and then pilates after work. My lunch and breakfast are well below 500 calories. Maybe I could reverse it so my biggest meal is in the middle of the day versus at night. Next time :-)

I had four chicken drumsticks for dinner last night. One more than I usually have. I also had 2 pieces of Fran's salted caramel chocolates (those are very small). I hardly had any carbs through the day though. Breakfast was non-fat yogurt, lunch was a smoothie, snacks were almonds and banana and I had kale with my chicken last night. My weight has not gone down, but it hasn't gone up either. I reduced my almonds from 1/2 cup to 1/4 cup. Haha - big changes!

Wow - I thought I was being good by going to dinner at Veggie Grill with my friend last night. I had a Quinoa Power Bowl and was shocked to learn this morning it was 690 calories! Not sure how I'm down 3 pounds from yesterday. My friend also bought me a cupcake from my favorite cupcake shop. I did split half of the cupcake with my husband. Prior to dinner I ate a bag of sour gummy bears I had laying around and handfuls of coconut popcorn. Sugar. Problem.

Up exactly 10 pounds from November. It really creeps up on you! Holidays are not that's a lot to gain. Back to controlling my portions again. Positive thoughts.
